The Adviser Valuation Service allows quick and secure online access to your clients’ investment valuation and transaction history at a time convenient for you.

To get started you will need:

• The FCA Firm Registration Number (FRN) that relates to your business with Columbia Threadneedle Investments. If you are a member of a network, this is likely to be your central network FRN (e.g. 123456)
• The Columbia Threadneedle Agent Code(s) for any company you wish to register. These can be found on any communications from us regarding your clients (e.g. A1234BC or UK12345)
• Your business email address
